Key Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automotive parts and products.
- Process orders, returns, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area.
- Collaborate with the warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certifications a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
