Students actively enrolled in an approved associates or bachelors engineering degree program with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028.
Experience/Specific Knowledge
Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in person at our Houston office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks. There will be occasional project site visits.

What You'll Do
- The selected candidates will work in the Tallgrass QA/QC department in Houston, Texas. The intern's main responsibility will be to support the QA/QC director and his managers in the day-to-day running of a major project.
- Assist in creating inspection test plans of shop fabrication and assist in oversight of shop fabrication.
- Assist in auditing regulated construction documentation.
- Assist the commissioning manager in creating and implementing a commissioning execution plan.
- Work with the field materials manager on executing the material management program.
- Obtain a good understanding of a quality program.
- Understand the requirements of government regulated construction documentation.
- How to execute the various phases of commissioning a project.
- Obtain a good understanding of material management process.
Education
Students actively enrolled in an approved associates or bachelors engineering degree program with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028.

- $23.22-$31.01 USD Hourly
- The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include overtime pay, paid time off, a housing stipend, and more.
