Tallgrass Freight Co. is looking to partner with experienced Freight Brokers who are seeking a remote and commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support.

Responsibilities:

• Your own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accounts
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers
• Tracking and documenting relevant activities

Agent's Receive:

• High percentage splits (uncapped commissions)
• Back office support
• Access to a qualified leads database
• Access to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers
• Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions

Requirements:

• Experienced freight broker
• Established and portable book of business
• Entrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis
