What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant - Part Time Gardner position at Tallgrass Apartments?
Tallgrass Apartments in Olathe is looking for a part-time leasing consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be sales oriented with a cheerful, positive, and team player attitude. Leasing and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required for this position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet all prospects and residents
- Present information and show apartments to prospective residents
- Complete various customer service and administrative duties
- Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly
- Complete all lease paperwork and related addenda
- Assist property manager and assistant property manager in preparation of reports, resident communications, market surveys, etc...
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
Great earnings potential. Hourly commission and bonus
Drug screen and credit / criminal background checks required
