Overview
Talley, Richardson & Cable, P.A., a small firm located in Dallas, Georgia, is looking to hire a dedicated associate attorney with one plus years of experience in real estate transactions and/or land titles.
Responsibilities of the ideal candidate will include:
- Conducting real estate closings, both residential and commercial
- Title examinations and the review and analysis of title examinations
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of transactional documents
- Issuance of title insurance commitments and policies, and drafting applicable policy exclusions
- Corresponding and meeting with lenders, real estate brokers and agents, and multiple parties to various transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to thrive in a small firm environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures
- Licensed attorney with 1 years of experience. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
