Essential Job Functions:
- Quote/Order Entry and maintain to completion.
- Front line queue support (4 hrs min AUX-IN).
- Service accounts to assure growth and customer Satisfaction.
- MSO Assigned Account MACE Entries 45 per Quarter.
- Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed. Closed Quote with Dispositions 95%.
- Review Open Order Report daily and update commit dates as needed. OTD for MMDD Orders 97%.
- Collaboration of strategic account information with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Service/Evaluate/Upsell customer requests.
- Find new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting.
- Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations.
- Lead follow up as assigned and mail list maintenance.
- Be a positive influencer who produces error-free work.
- Building and enhancing customer relationships by servicing their immediate and future needs.
- Additional job duties and responsibilities may be added at any time, as business needs may dictate.
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Required:
- Post-secondary business education is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
- 1 year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
- 1 year of Wireless Industry experience, preferred.
- 1 year of Product Application experience is preferred.
- Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
