Project Manager / Project Architect
Location: Burlington Township, NJ | Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects through all phases: Pre-Design to Construction Administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, code officials, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and manage submittals, RFIs, punchlists, and change orders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure design quality and code compliance
- Support team collaboration and utilize design/documentation software (ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office)
Qualifications:
- B. Arch or M. Arch; licensed architect preferred
- 5 years in architectural practice with project management experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or other design software a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
