Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
State licensure (if applicable).
Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience using electronic data collection systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst) is a plus.

Job Description/Performance Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data and client goals.
Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs and interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, session reports, and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
