Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Welcome and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner; manage check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy; and address client concerns or requests with care and promptness.
- Administrative & Communications: Handle incoming calls and route them efficiently; schedule appointments and respond to general inquiries; and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Financial & Records: Process payments, invoices, and other transactions accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: One (1) year of prior customer service experience (Required).
- Administrative Skills: Organized, with excellent administrative skills, a proven ability to multitask, and a strong typing/data entry accuracy.
- Communication: Polished phone and professional communication skills.
- Technical: Comfortable with basic computer proficiency and front desk/scheduling systems.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
