Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Healthcare Technician located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Plant Healthcare Technician will be responsible for performing tree and shrub care, disease identification and treatment, and pest management. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge or experience in Forestry and Landscaping
- Familiarity with care techniques for trees and shrubs, including disease and pest management
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ISA Certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
- Background or education in arboriculture, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
