Tall Timbers Property Owners Association, located in Vernon, NJ, is recruiting for our Maintenance Department - Seasonal Full Time Maintenance Staff. Our beautiful campground complex has approximately 750 active and privately owned sites, spread out over 250 acres. Our Maintenance department is responsible for the performance of daily maintenance routines, general repairs and specific projects. Maintenance also ensures proper care and maintenance of all physical aspects of the campground.
Current Opening: Responsible for septic pump out, along with other duties - no experience needed
Maintenance Works:
40 hours per week - 8am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute, unpaid lunch break
At least one weekend shift
Holidays during the "Open Season"
Pay: Increase after satisfactory completion of 90 day probationary period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
