Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our event center and properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in maintenance, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves maintaining the facility and varies properties, as well as helping facilitate maintenance requirements for events . The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining facility integrity and optimizing operational efficiency through strategic planning and hands-on management.
Responsibilities
Job includes but is not limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and event equipment
- Set up and break down event furniture, lighting, and other venue features as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure safety and cleanliness
Experience
- Proven management experience in a facilities in maintenance environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, and mechanical components.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development, communication skills in English, and problem-solving capabilities using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
