As an Entry Level A&T Team Member, you terminate frustration, and you do it with a smile. Customers come to you because their internet is slow, their bill is confusing, or their Wi-Fi is held together by a prayer and a hope. The Entry Level A&T Team Member then takes all that frustration and replaces it with relief, clarity, and an enrollment that actually works.

- Hold thoughtful in-person sales conversations that position AT&T Fiber as a practical and reliable solution for high-speed home internet.
- Present the comfort of reliable Wi-Fi that keeps our customers connected for work, school, streaming, and daily tasks.
- Personally show customers how AT&T Fiber delivers smooth streaming for a noticeably better home entertainment experience.
- Assess customer connectivity needs through attentive listening and natural dialogue during in-person interactions.
- Drive sales by carefully matching AT&T Fiber offerings to each customer's specific routines and preferences.
- Walk customers through every enrollment step with patient, easy-to-follow guidance that removes uncertainty and builds trust.
