Job Description
- Provide online mental health care remotely, allowing for flexible scheduling without the overhead of traditional practice.
- No caseload requirements and various support resources enable you to focus on delivering quality care to clients at your convenience.
- Work as a fully remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
- Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
Benefits
- $90 per hour for live sessions.
- Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans, but reimbursement rates range between $12-$36.
- Monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on the platform per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
