Our product team is looking for a Product Manager. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered capabilities across our agentic behavioral health platform. This includes designing scalable LLM-driven workflows, ensuring clinical safety, and collaborating with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and design teams. The Product Manager maintains a prioritized product backlog, writes clear requirements, defines success metrics, leads experiments, and ensures alignment with clinical, business, and operational goals.
This is a hybrid position based in NYC.

The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $135,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.

What You’ll Do
Product Management
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for LLM and agentic workflows aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead ideation and execution of features that improve user engagement, safety, and outcomes.
- Translate AI and ML capabilities—including agent orchestration, structured output validation, and safety layers—into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Define KPIs for features and monitor performance using A/B tests, analytics, and model evaluations.
- Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, plan technical work, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure evidence-based behavioral health practices and safety guardrails are integrated into product design.
- Work closely with data science on evaluation methods, agent reliability, and model regression monitoring.
- Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Investigate and triage unexpected system or model behavior, prioritizing issues based on user impact.
- Promote transparency, ethical AI practices, and user safety in all product decisions.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
- Strong technical proficiency, including understanding APIs, JSON schemas, and system workflows.
- Experience with agentic workflows, automation, or complex platform integrations preferred.
- Experience in the behavioral health field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development.
