Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions
- Utilize salon software like Phorest for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
- Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips to ensure client loyalty
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and processing payments efficiently
- Skills
- Extensive knowledge of hair styling techniques across diverse textures and styles

- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice on hair care options
