This is a full-time remote Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role. The CISO will lead the organization’s information security strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing cybersecurity measures, managing information security risk assessments, designing and implementing application security protocols, and maintaining a robust business continuity plan. The CISO will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the organization’s information systems are secure and resilient against emerging threats.
- Strong expertise in Information Security and Cybersecurity, with a proven ability to implement and manage robust security frameworks.
- Experience in Application Security, including expertise in safeguarding software and protecting sensitive data.
- Proficiency in Information Security Management and Business Continuity planning to address risk management and ensure operational resilience.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in healthcare and information security, such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
