Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products, plans, and accessories that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional services and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves regularly to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or setting appointments with potential customers
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and ensuring product availability for customers
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments enhances customer service delivery
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
