Job Description:
Talk Work Heal Health & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. As a PMHNP-BC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited PMHNP program
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatry
- Pending or Current Virginia state licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Pending or current DEA certification
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
