Therapist Wanted – Polish speaking
A growing outpatient psychotherapy practice in Lombard, Illinois is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population in a supportive, professionally structured practice setting, with clear growth potential.
Languages:
Polish speaking.
Clinical Focus
The clinician will provide therapy services to:
Children (ages 3 / 6 ) – in-office required
Adolescents
Adults (option)
Families (preferred)
Primary presenting concerns include:
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Emotional dysregulation and behavioral concerns
Trauma and stress-related disorders
Autism spectrum disorders (option)
Anxiety disorders
Depressive disorders
Grief and loss
Qualifications
Active Illinois LPC license (required) or other license (supervision provided for LPC)
Fluency in Polish
Strong clinical experience working with children and adolescents
Experience in trauma-informed care strongly preferred
Documentation and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supervisor.
Clinical supervision toward advanced licensure will be provided in accordance with Illinois requirements for LPC.
Position Responsibilities
Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy (in-person and telehealth)
Complete clinical documentation within the same week of service
Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation
Maintain appropriate and professional communication with clients and parents/guardians
Coordinate care when clinically indicated
Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required based on client demand and scheduling needs.
Compensation
Compensation - up to 85$ per session.
This is a part-time position with strong potential to develop into a full-time caseload.
Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour
