Training and pay structure
- Training provided to ensure success and deliver premium customer service.
- Base pay PLUS monthly commission BONUS on everything you sell (no minimum target to qualify) we pay you for what you sell no matter how much you sell.
- Average sales rep bonuses out between $500 and $1000 monthly. Top Performers average between $1000 and $1500 monthly. (This is on top of your hourly pay)
- Manager Bonus potential $1000 monthly ($12,000 a year) This is is on top of your Hourly and Commissions Bonus.
General Duties
- Understand customers needs and help them discover how our products meet their needs
- Must posses a competitive drive and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through demonstrations, social media marketing and going out of the store to engage customers.
- Provide excellent customers service skills to all customers
The ideal sales representative will be able to perform the following duties with little to no accommodations:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
- Complete all aspects of the opening and closing the store following written procedures
- Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
