Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management with precision.
- Assist customers with retail store product knowledge, merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Conduct retail sales activities including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cashiering, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support inventory management by stocking products, updating stock levels, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented to maximize sales potential.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or store operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures.
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling to enhance customer purchases.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stock management, and retail sales transactions.
- Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory counts.
