We operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment and our team members are exposed to multiple technological platforms due to our wide variety of customers and industries.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Project Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments for a wide range of clients. You will work across diverse technical landscapes, lead migration and modernization initiatives, strengthen security posture, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and clients. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic MSP setting where no two days—or client environments—are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Strategic Microsoft 365 Leadership: Oversee the planning, deployment, and long-term enhancement of Microsoft 365 services—including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD—across a variety of client environments.

·        Cloud Architecture & Migration Projects: Lead complex client migrations from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365. Provide guidance, assess risks, and ensure smooth, secure transitions.

·        Identity & Access Management: Design and optimize Azure Active Directory configurations for multiple clients, including Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and hybrid identity strategies.

·        Security & Compliance Governance: Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security policies such as DLP, retention, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender. Advise clients on improving their security posture and regulatory compliance.

·        Intune & Endpoint Management: Manage Intune deployments across varied client environments, ensuring proper device compliance, application management, and secure endpoint operations.

·        Advanced Escalation Support: Act as a top-level escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues across our client base, resolving challenges related to authentication, mail flow, integrations, and system performance.

·        Documentation & Process Development: Maintain clear, accurate documentation for each client’s configurations and operational procedures, and change records to support consistency and scalability.

·        Client Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with clients to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and guide adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities that improve collaboration, productivity, and security.

Qualifications:

·        Extensive hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 in an engineering or architecture-focused role.

·        Strong background in Microsoft 365 services and Azure Active Directory, including advanced identity and security configurations.

·        Experience supporting multiple clients in an MSP environment is strongly preferred.

·        Proficiency with Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related cloud technologies.

·        Knowledge of security frameworks such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and compliance policies.

·        Proven success leading migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.

·        Excellent troubleshooting abilities and experience resolving complex technical issues.

·        Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.

Company Benefits:

·        PTO and Holidays

·        Health/Dental Insurance

·        401K Savings Plan

·        Short- and Long-Term Disability
