Lead Wind Technician – Gamesa Experience (Minnesota)
We’re looking for a skilled Lead Wind Technician with strong exposure to Gamesa turbine platforms to join a growing team in Minnesota. This is a direct-hire role with a stable and expanding O&M provider, financially backed by major institution, offering both security and career growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshoot, service, and maintain Gamesa turbines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance and monitor turbine performance
- Execute LOTO and EH&S procedures, including transformer and pad-mounted switching
- Lead and mentor technician crews on daily operations
- Manage inspections, documentation, and compliance work (Maximo or similar systems)

What you bring:
- High School diploma or GED minimum (technical certifications a plus)

- Ability to climb 300 ft towers and work in all weather conditions
