We're a search and staffing firm that has vertically integrated functional recruitment teams across Energy and Infrastructure. We are growing the team at our LA office in Venice, CA and are looking to add a number of key hires to join our Environmental, Civil, Engineering, and Construction teams. This person will support entry and expansion into exciting high growth markets.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment or sales experience
- Exposure to the Environmental, Engineering, Civil, Infrastructure, or Sustainability industries
- Experience working in technical, candidate short markets
- Track record of hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly business development targets
- Ambitious, smart, and excellent communicators
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
What you'll do:
- Strategically contribute to the growth of our Engineering team in-line with our existing verticals
- Source top talent using various networking tools (LI Recruiter, CRM, events, cold call, email)
- Navigate hiring processes using professional negotiation skills and judgment
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client management
- Identify trends and opportunities across your target market and candidate pool
- Set and exceed goals around business objectives
