POSITION: Dual Therapist – Esthetician/Massage Therapist

DEPARTMENT: Spa and Fitness

STATUS: Winter Seasonal / Full-Time or Part-Time

WAGE: $18/Hr (when not doing treatments)

Commission Based on Experience – No Less Than 46%

REPORTS TO: Director and Assistant Director of Spa & Fitness, Spa & Fitness Managers, Supervisors, and Leads

LOCATION: Tuhaye Village (Kamas / Park City) or The Tower (Empire Pass)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Talisker Club is seeking talented, professional Dual Therapists to provide exceptional spa and wellness services to our members and their guests. In this role, you will deliver a diverse range of massage, esthetic, nail, and body treatments while creating a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable spa experience. Through personalized consultations, expert treatment delivery, and genuine hospitality, you will play an important role in enhancing the luxury lifestyle and wellness experiences that define Talisker Club.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide all massage, esthetic, nail and body treatments offered.
• Provide treatments at all spa locations, in home/condo within Talisker Member Group.
• Guide and escort guests to appropriate areas in the spa, providing them the maximum level of comfort and relaxation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa, including full setup and cleaning of the treatment rooms and prep areas.
• Maintain helpful, harmonious relations with team members.
• Communicate with management on all comments, concerns, and suggestions made by guests or team members.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of spa menu, services, and products.
• Appear professional, well-groomed, and in uniform.
• Follow all sanitation procedures to provide safety and peace of mind to our guests and team members.
• Attend all mandatory training and meetings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to provide all spa treatments as outlined in the protocol manual.
• Ability to support the spa operations to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to be a team player able to foster relationships with members, guests and team members.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

ALL PROVIDERS --

• Required to respond to spa calls/messages within 10 minutes on any day you are on shift.
• Required to be on property 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
• Before leaving the property, you must check in with the front desk.

On Call --

• Not Required to be on property when not in treatment.

Part Time --

• Required to be on property for a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Not Required to be on property when not in treatment except for hourly requirements.

Full Time --

• Required to be on property for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
• Not Required to be on property when not in treatment except for hourly requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Utah Massage Therapist License required.
• Current Utah Master Esthetician License preferred.
• Current Utah Nail Technician/Manicurist License preferred.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the human body, and understanding of the theory, contraindications, and benefits of massage therapy.
• Professional, polished treatment, etiquette, and protocol skills and knowledge.
• Experience providing massage, esthetic, nail, and body treatments in a luxury spa, resort, club, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Exceptional service standards and a passion for creating outstanding member and guest experiences.
• Applicants with strong massage therapy experience who do not currently possess esthetician and/or nail technician licensure are still encouraged to apply.

Experience:
