Our client is seeking a Junior Consultant to support the US Navy. This role focuses on supporting the processing and management of Barring Act Waiver claims related to Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC). The ideal candidate brings a strong growth mindset, attention to detail, and professional communication skills. This is a primarily remote role, but must be located in the Washington DC Capital Region and requires an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the processing and tracking of Barring Act Waiver (BAW) claims, including preparing waiver packages and reviewing supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate physical and digital claim files and track claim status
- Coordinate with DFAS, DoD agencies, and Congressional and Senatorial Offices of Constituent Affairs
- Communicate with constituents regarding claim status and outcomes
- Support submission reviews, claims processing, and overall BAW management for the Department of theNavy
- Develop process improvements for the BAW program
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
