They work with commercial and government clients. Our client has an opening for a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, coordinating project delivery, and supporting operational processes to ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery, project management client relationship management, and operational coordination within the legal technology environment. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree;5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and/or legal technology services;Strong understanding of EDRM lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows;Experience with project management principles (PMP preferred);Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with attorneys, corporate counsel, and litigation support teams;Familiarity with Relativity, iCONECT, Everlaw, DISCO, Nuix, or Exterro platforms;Strong communication and client service skills.
