Director of ABA Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and administrative activities of the ABA program to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead and support Behavior Analysts, RBTs, and direct care staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members in care and treatment planning.
- Manage caseloads and clinical reports, providing guidance on progress and performance.
- Lead program planning, including designing regionally specific initiatives and overseeing staff training and certification processes.
Director of ABA Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- At least two years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism.
- Proven experience designing ABA programs and training caregivers and staff.
- Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, and FBA.
