Role: Support internal communications for the Owensboro manufacturing site, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent messaging aligned with site and U.S. Operations priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal communications strategy and planning for site priorities and employee groups.
- Draft and coordinate employee communications, leadership messages, newsletters, town halls, engagement campaigns, and recognition content.
- Manage message cascades and communication channels including Teams, intranet, newsletters, and frontline channels.
- Support employee events, site visits, leadership visits, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Partner with site leadership, U.S. Operations Communications, S&PD, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement, culture, recognition, and change communications.
- Maintain communication calendars/trackers and support communication effectiveness follow-up.
- Support quality, health, safety, environmental, and compliance communications.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of communications experience, including administrative or employee engagement work.
- Strong written communication, stakeholder management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience with employee communications, leadership messaging, newsletters, town halls, or engagement campaigns.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills — Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Internal communications experience in manufacturing/operations.
