FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:Hold daily meetings with all departments to review priorities, tasks, and production status.Shift employees as needed and help train employees on new tasks.Receive, review, and schedule all new events; assess priority, review with departments, and update calendars.Stage garments on carts and combine with ink, screens, work orders, and notes; double-check accuracy.Print all SKUs and barcodes; pull print samples for upcoming orders.Split orders using white tape for holds, guidance, or ink changes.Approve all press setups, including placements, colors, and locations.Review completed jobs and update ShopWorks with Production Plus edits.Fill in wherever workflow is stalled to maintain productivity.Maintain clean and organized workspaces and prepare upcoming orders during downtime.
