We are seeking skilled and reliable CNC Machinists / Machine Operators to join our team in Azusa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Horizontal Machining Centers, machining high-quality aluminum components, and ensuring all work meets strict aerospace industry standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for machinists with experience in FANUC controls, G-Code programming, and a strong background in aluminum machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Horizontal Machining Centers
- Machine aluminum components to precise specifications
- Use FANUC controls and perform G-code programming
- Inspect and deburr parts to ensure quality
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and production routers
- Consistently meet production deadlines with minimal supervision
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
- Work overtime as needed to meet production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Skilled in using standard shop inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Ability to set up CNC machines for optimal performance
- Experience creating CNC tooling and fixtures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3 years of machining experience in the aerospace industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
