Immediate opening for an Automation Specialist in Lewisville, TX who possesses : -7 years' experience with automation equipment-Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, conveyor systems, etc.-Experience with the following equipment : Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron Controls-Experience working in packaging or food / beverage manufacturing-Bilingual in Spanish a plus Email resumes to odrow@ or call 858.866.8676 FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Work with production personnel to maintain operational effectiveness-Equipment installation support-Test and diagnose machine faults - Mechanical and Electrical.-Calibrate and repair machines as needed-Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, electrical circuitry diagrams-Troubleshoot machinery and systems using diagnostic equipment-Perform scheduled maintenance -PM's, Improvements, Etc.-Troubleshoot and correct controls instrumentation (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron)-Remove and replace faulty components-Maintain safe work environment The selected candidate will also possess : -Minimum 5 years maintenance experience - manufacturing-Proficiency with Industrial Instrumentation and Controls-Familiarity with filling and packaging equipment (bottle fillers, labelers, sleeve applicators, ink jet coders, pumps, conveyors)-Advanced electrical knowledge - primary and control circuits-DC Circuit and VFD troubleshooting-Strong analytical skills-Understanding of OSHA safety standards-Strong mechanical and technical aptitude (HVAC knowledge a plus)-Must have own hand tools-Good attendance history Salary Range : $35-$40 / hr For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to odrow@ or call 858.866.8676.
