What they're looking for:
• 5 years of experience supporting Financial Advisors within a wealth management firm
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (required)
• Strong knowledge of brokerage operations, account servicing, and client relationship management
• Experience handling new account paperwork, transfers, money movement, maintenance requests, and client communications
• Familiarity with CRM systems and industry custodial platforms
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating closely with the advisory team
What you'll do:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive, white-glove service
• Support Financial Advisors with ongoing client relationship management
• Process account opening, maintenance, ACATs, distributions, and other operational requests
• Coordinate client paperwork and ensure timely completion of service requests
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up
• Help deliver a seamless client experience while ensuring compliance with firm policies
