Autism Services of

Autism Services of Kansas is searching for Board-Certified
Behavior Analysts & Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts in both Full & Part-Time roles, working
with eighteen-month to school-age kids within the home and other
community-based settings. We emphasize the importance of collaboration within
the family unit, schools, and other clinical and community-based settings,
encouraging families to learn, heal, and grow together. Our belief in
empowering parents as caregivers and educators is paramount in our efforts, and
we’re seeking BCBAs & BCaBAs who will help us in our endeavor to
better the lives of all families living with Autism, while ensuring that
every client receives the highest quality of care.

- Conduct functional
behavior assessments.
- Transmit analysis via a
formal report documenting assessment tools utilized and develop a behavior
intervention strategy/recommendations.
- Conduct and identify
appropriate Skill Acquisition Assessments.
- Create and document both
skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Create, update, and
maintain programs for your team using Catalyst.
- Train other professionals/clients
involved in your cases.
- Review graphing and
provide appropriate feedback.
- Provide supervision to
RBT’s for each client.
- Write progress reports
and Treatment Plans as scheduled.
- Conduct appropriate
assessments every six months unless otherwise instructed by the Clinical
Director.
- Collaborate with other
professionals accordingly when working in the home, community, or school
setting.
- Uphold the highest
clinical and professional standards in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Coordinate with
professionals involved in your cases.
- Offer support
service/follow up to clients and families.
Job
Qualifications:
- BCBA
or BCaBA certification (may consider BCaBAs close to certification).
- Kansas
licensure required (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience
with in-home ABA is highly preferred.
- Comfortable
working independently with a high degree of autonomy in client homes.
- Experience
supervising staff and managing interpersonal dynamics (especially with RBTs).
- Background
in teaching/education or clinical ABA settings are valued.
- Ability
to adapt to difficult situations quickly and professionally.
- Willingness
to travel between client locations and manage the demands of in-home service.
- Integrity,
humility, and a desire to positively impact the lives of others.
- Ability
to set professional boundaries with compassion and resolve.
- Reliable
vehicle and ability to travel occasionally.
Salary : $50 - $55
