IT Field Support Technician- Technical support for approx. 20 small retail stores. Network/hardware/software. Point-of-sale (POS). Cameras. Printer. Racking and stacking network equipment (Cisco). Support hardware and software deployed in retail stores. Resolve user IT problems from retail staff through the IT Support Service Desk. Troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution. Logs and tracks IT issues in problem management database. Move, add, or change desktop/laptop hardware and software. Troubleshoots retail systems and aids IT team in support and troubleshooting. Coordinates preventative maintenance and vendor services. Knowledge of CAT6 cabling and termination. Installs multimedia devices.
IT support experience. Past jobs that would be a good fit for this one: IT generalist, IT retail support, hotel or restaurant onsite tech support, Deskside Support Technician. Field Installation Technician. Field Service Technician. Installation Technician. POS Technical Support.
Lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to drive.
M-F. 8-5 (flexible). OT available. Make your own schedule. Driving every day, going out to visit assigned retail stores.
