📍 Chicago (hybrid, on-site required)

We are looking for a Test Automation Architect (CoE / Enterprise Level) 🚀

Requirements:

• 12 years in QA / Testing, including 5 years in CoE / transformation roles

• Strong experience building Testing / Automation CoEs at enterprise scale

• Hands-on experience with UiPath (must-have) and test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)

• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Shift-Left testing

• Strong background in test automation architecture and strategy

• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and driving transformation initiatives

• Ability to design operating models, governance, and ROI-driven business cases

Nice to have:

• Experience as CoE Head / QA Transformation Lead

• Consulting background (Big4 or similar)

• Certifications like PMP / SAFe

📍 Location: Chicago (hybrid, no relocation)
