Structural Steel Sales Representative
Location: Remote – Must reside east of the Mississippi river.
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base potential six-figure bonus
We're looking for a proven structural steel sales professional with experience selling around $50M annually in structural steel services. Join a respected and industry leading structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator with a strong national reputation and steady project backlog.
What You'll Do:
- Drive new business and manage key client relationships.
- Estimate, price, and negotiate structural steel projects.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate project handoffs with internal teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Must have 3 years of sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator.
- Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
