A growing roofing contractor in the Denver market is looking to add a hungry, relationship-driven Residential & Multifamily Roofing Sales Representative to their team in Arvada, CO.
This role is focused on re-roof residential and multifamily sales across the Denver Metro area. They are looking for someone who already has some traction in the market, understands how to build relationships, and wants to grow a long-term book of business with a company that can support them with leads, operations, and production.
This is a strong opportunity for someone earlier in their sales career who wants to level up financially while building a real pipeline and reputation in the roofing industry.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, homeowners, HOAs, and multifamily contacts
• Generate new reroof and multifamily opportunities through networking and business development
• Manage incoming leads while continuing to grow your own pipeline
• Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Stay active in the market and continue building referral relationships
Qualifications
• 2 years of roofing sales experience preferred
• Experience in residential reroof and/or multifamily sales
• Existing network or ability to build relationships quickly
• Self-driven with strong communication skills
• Comfortable generating business through networking and follow-up
• Motivated by commissions and growth opportunity
• Strong energy, accountability, and professionalism
Compensation
• Base salary of $50,000–$55,000 depending on experience
• Commission and bonus structure
• Strong six-figure earning potential
• Existing lead flow to help support your success
