Your Mission:
- Oversee complex roofing and building envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M
- Manage federal and government projects requiring strict compliance and security clearance
- Lead safety, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination from inception to closeout
- Deliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, military bases, schools, and government sites
- Partner closely with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments to ensure success
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years leading commercial roofing or building envelope projects, including experience managing federal or government-funded projects
- Deep knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of federal project compliance, documentation, and reporting standards
- Experience working in occupied or high-security environments with a safety-first mindset
- OSHA 30 or 500 certification required (EM 385 or LEED accreditation a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
