If you've spent the last few years leading commercial roofing crews and are ready to join an established contractor where good field leadership is valued, this could be a strong opportunity.

I'm working with a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Oklahoma City looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews and manage projects in the field.

Roofing Systems

Experience across several commercial roofing systems is preferred, including:

• TPO

• PVC

• EPDM

• Modified Bitumen

• Built-Up Roofing (BUR)

• 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews

• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing installation, repair and maintenance

• Ability to organize and lead field crews

• Good communication with customers, crews and project leadership

The Opportunity

This is a good fit for a Foreman who knows commercial roofing, takes pride in the work, and knows how to get the best out of a crew without cutting corners on safety or quality.

If you're already running commercial roofing crews in the Oklahoma City market and are open to hearing about something new, I'd like to speak with you. Email me confidentially at kkipp@talentsphere.ca.
