About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development. Representatives work directly with customers to introduce products and services, identify customer needs, and provide solutions through face-to-face interactions.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help team members build confidence and strengthen their sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Promote products, services, and current offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Educate customers on available products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Develop strong product and service knowledge
- Track sales activity and individual performance
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
