Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within assigned distribution accounts.
- Build strong relationships with roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to generate product demand.
- Deliver presentations on products and programs to distributors and end users.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for customers.
- Monitor and manage territory pricing in response to competitive activity.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and administrative follow-ups.
- Submit weekly intelligence reports and maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
- Comply with company health, safety, and vehicle policies.
- Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum commission (OTE: $120,000 - $125,000)

- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the building products industry preferred
- Experience selling to roofing contractors, builders, and/or architects highly valued
- Previous formal sales training is a plus
- Must be comfortable working both independently and on the road
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Position requires up to 100% travel within the territory
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities is an asset
