Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all onsite construction activities for tenant improvement and interior fit-out projects
- Manage day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain and drive project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Enforce site safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Conduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and progress tracking
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals with local authorities
- Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure accurate execution
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Lead site meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety briefings
- Resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong experience with tenant improvement, renovations, and interior build-outs
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Knowledge of local Phoenix building codes and permitting processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Experience delivering projects in occupied environments
- Background in retail, office, healthcare, or restaurant fit-outs
- OSHA 30 certification
