Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations on commercial and industrial roofing projects.
- Manage field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections and verify compliance with specifications and warranties.
- Track progress, labor hours, material deliveries, and project milestones.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate updates to leadership.
- 7 years of experience in commercial roofing supervision, including flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-Up, Modified Bitumen).
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, safety compliance, and crew management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job submittals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop field teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across Michigan.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
