Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 DOE (Base Salary Bonus)

We are hiring for a reputable commercial roofing company seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their expanding team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion — combining hands-on project leadership with detailed estimating responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings both technical precision and strong communication skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously from bid to closeout.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new and existing clients (TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, and metal systems).
• Review plans, specs, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and coordination of field crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site project inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout each project.
• Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
• Work closely with vendors, architects, and general contractors to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, including estimating and project management.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles — from takeoff to final closeout.
• Strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, The EDGE, Procore, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
