- Review drawings/specs, perform takeoffs, prepare estimates
- Conduct site visits/roof walks
- Solicit, analyze & negotiate vendor/sub quotes
- Build competitive proposals with clear scope & VE options
- Support smooth handoff to PMs/operations
- 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Mod Bit, coatings, sheet metal
- Skilled with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel
- Organized, detail-driven, strong communicator
