Talentry is looking for an Associate Director of
Bioinformatics / Sr. Principal Scientist for a growing company developing
life-saving treatments. This expert will perform analysis and develop insights
and recommendations from experimental result -omics data.
The appropriate candidate will use their understanding of
DNA/RNA NGS methods and data to assist in the generation of disease hypotheses
and support decisioning surrounding drug targets and effectiveness. This role
will also map phenotypes against targets, develop data automation, implement
complex analyses and visualizations, author reports, etc.
This role also will develop and manage a small team of 2-3
direct reports.
Requirements
Ph.D. in biology, computational biology, informatics, or
similar.
7+ years of experience applying bioinformatic best
practices.
Experience with oncology data required
Demonstrated success managing direct reports.
Proven experience analyzing multi-omics data.
Small Molecule experience a plus.
