Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Duration: 06 Months of contract
Location: 445 Simarano Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752
Payrate: $25/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming/In-Process Inspection on mechanical/electrical components using standard inspection equipment such as Height Gauges, Surface Plates, Verniers, Dial Indicators, Ring/Plug Gauges, Optical Comparators, CMM, OGP etc.
- Complete and/or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. (Component Inspection Folders, checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCE’s) on Nonconformance’s.
- Perform detailed review of Device History Records and labels as part of final inspection/release activities for the finished product. Inspect field service replaceable units. Perform requested inspections for Engineering and other departments. (First Articles and Courtesy inspections) And assist with the development of appropriate inspection procedures, checklist, forms and Inspection Instructions.
- Maintain QC Activity Collection Plans and other applicable tracking logs.
- Prepared incoming inspection reports such as Inspection projects Skip lot and incoming inspection inventory.
Must have incoming inspection experience with the ability to read prints and drawings, use height gauges, calipers, surface plate, CMM or vision system skills are a plus.
Salary : $25
