What You’ll DoServe as a Primary Care Physician for senior patients (Medicare Advantage).Provide preventive, chronic, and relationship-based care with an average of 18–22 patients per day.Work with a full support team: including an RN, Medical Assistant, and Care Coordinator.Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.Engage patients through health coaching, education, and ongoing care coordination.
